With over 10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, Miriam is a seasoned professional with a strong track record of driving business growth, enhancing customer relationships, and leading marketing teams to success. Currently the General Manager at JL Properties Limited, she has steadily progressed from Assistant Marketing Manager (2017-2019) to Marketing Manager (2019-2024) before assuming the current role. Her leadership involves overseeing daily operations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are met. Ms. Kabutey is skilled at market trend analysis, brand development, and customer service resolution.
Prior to this, she worked at UT Properties Limited as an Agency & Brokerage Executive (2015-2017), handling property sales, tenanting, and client advisory services. She was pivotal in negotiating rental and sales prices, managing tenancy agreements, and providing professional advice on property markets. Beginning her career at Goldbrook Properties (2014-2015) as a Marketing Executive & Property Consultant, Ms. Kabutey gained early experience in marketing and promoting properties, advising clients on real estate processes, and managing relationships between property owners and tenants.
