He is the Director, General Services of JL Properties. Lord is a highly motivated and knowledgeable person with cross-functional expertise in the corporate world. With more than seven years' experience in the financial services industry, media marketing (Radio, Television, and digital media), and as a General Manager of an active real estate developing company, he has developed excellent business and analytical skills to develop new ventures, grow businesses, and operate them successfully.

Mr. Lord Oware holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds professional membership of Radio Marketing Professionals (NAB USA), Project Management Professional (PMI), and ACIB.
